Paris(h) Olympics, Dog Show, Stalls, Tea Tent & Bar
This year's festival will open with the children's Olympics at 2.30pm in the central arena.

The bar will be open for parent's and spectators needing to quench their thirst after cheering the children.

Traditional stalls including Skittles, Arts & Crafts, Wellie Throwing, the Wheel of Fortune, Crockery Smash, Marble Game, Coconut Shy, Face Painting and Tombolas will be available all afternoon to keep everyone entertained. We look forward to launching the Human Fruit Machine at this year's festival!

The Dog Show will commence in the central arena at 3.30pm. Details of the classes are below.

The food offering for the afternoon will be in the tea tent.  There will be a fabulous choice of traditional sandwiches and sweet treats.  You can relax and enjoy some gentle background music or purchase food to eat on the go.  Ice-creams will be available for anyone needing to cool down after the action packed afternoon.

Circus Acts, Live Music, Food & Drinks
Our Festival 24 acts & musicians will keep all enthralled and amazed, and will have you toe tapping and dancing the evening long. From the traditional British circus to the sounds of Trinidad and summer bands.  Featuring:

Solid Steel

The Cherrie family originate from Trinidad - the home of steel pans and the steel band. This family has been playing professionally in Britain since the early 1950s. The band’s motto is ‘the reliable sound of sunshine’.

Storm In A Teacup Circus

New to the festival this year with exciting circus acts, stilt walkers, mesmerizing bubbles, a light show & more….

Majestix

Always a hit! A high octane rock & pop band whose live music guarantees full dance floors and singing audiences. The fabulous band, comprising of charismatic lead vocals, bass, guitar, drums and keys showcase a unique decade-spanning repertoire, providing something for everyone - whether iconic classics or the latest chart topping hits.
PARIS(H) OLYMPICS
Enter a team or register your child as an individual that would like to be part of a team on the day.  The races will take place in the central arena from 2.30pm until 3.20pm

Event Group Overview
Each age group and event is standalone. However, there will be a prize for each age group participant with most event medals across the events.

Group 1 - Age 3 - 5 years
Group 2 - Age 6 - 8 years
Group 3 - Age 9 - 12 years

Entry Details
Participants to sign up on by completion of form (included in the Lych Gate and social media) and posted to Paradise Farm or emailed to in[email protected]
Required information: Name, Age, Address and Event selection.

Deadline for sign up 30th April 2024. There is no cost for entry into the events.

Participants will receive a personalised welcome letter pack in advance of the event.   The pack contents are to be confirmed but are likely to include a sports bib, handwaving parade flag and small packet of sweets.


We will delete all emails containing personal data promptly once we have sent out the welcome packs.
THE DOG SHOW
The Dog Show will be held in the central arena. The judges will be looking at a number of classes, including *new* for this year Best Rescue Dog & Best Young Handler.

REGISTRATION 
Registration is on the day with a cash payment of £2 per class per dog.

FOOD & DRINKS
The Tea tent will be open from 2pm.  You can buy tea and sweet treats to go or you can sit and enjoy a traditional British tea with sandwiches, cakes, scones etc.

There will be food from the BBQ and Pizza options available from 4pm until late.

The bar will be open from 2pm until 10pm.

You can use your games vouchers to pay for food and drinks.

Minibus
A bus will be driving to and from the Festival from Waltham St Lawrence during the following times:
1.30pm - 3.30pm
5.30pm - 6.30pm
8.30pm - 10.30pm

The cost will be £1 per person per trip. Games vouchers can be used for the return journey.


The route and bus stops will be confirmed closer to the event.

Dogs can travel on the bus (not on the seats).
